Our guest speaker Dr Mike Hewetson is a senior lecturer in Equine Medicine at the Royal Veterinary College in London. He is an expert in equine gastrointestinal disease and is widely published on the subject. He has a special interest in Equine Gastric Ulcer Syndrome and will give a presentation about Equine Glandular Gastric Disease- an evidence-based update, with a focus on treatment strategies.
These meetings are free to attend and the target audience is clinicians and academics and we aim to ensure a high level of discussion. It is not our intention to provide CPD but rather to offer an opportunity to discuss recent and ongoing research and future concepts relevant to equine medical practice. There is no registration process – just come along, enjoy a glass of wine and take part in the discussion.
